Our air conditioning broke down every night, leaving us sweltering with discomfort. Additionally, the staff was initially unhelpful regarding our check-in issues, and it felt disrespectful when we had to pay excessive fees for additional guests. The promised amenities, such as the pool and jacuzzi, were not functional, which was incredibly frustrating.
